2017 Settlers West Summer Show

Well it is that time of year again in Tucson, when the hot days of summer are right around the corner, which means  it is time for the annual Settlers West Summer Show! I am so happy to be a part of this great show and want to share with you the three paintings I will have there this year.

Venice 26x16: My latest painting from the time that I spent in Italy. I loved the time I got to spend there, and I had so much fun painting this one.

Flower 18 x 18: This was a fun representation of the beautiful Taylor DuVall, I wanted to represent a free and wanderlust spirit, while also introducing interesting texture and brushwork to the peace.

Old Glass Jug 20x16: This painting  was done in the studio. Incorporating some of the interesting antiques that I have been collecting. Along with flowers and some fruit, I worked to create a beautiful composition of color and texture.

So please head down to Settlers West Gallery for another great show on Saturday May 6th, reception is at 5:30pm and the purchase draw is at 7pm. Or if you can’t make it, you can also see all the work on there website, HERE.
